My creative practice grows out of the domestic conditions, rituals and materials I interact with each day.
Vanishing Point
Each tile has a 3” wooden stake (golf tee) adhered with epoxy. I poked each stake into compacted earth in a rural field in Pescadero, California. My plan is to visit these tiles each month for 12 months, or as long as they remain, observing and documenting how the plants and soil change them and change around them.
